Your responsibilities
- Selbständige Führung der Finanz- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Strategic personnel planning and management
- Recruiting and selecting qualified specialists and managers
- Introducing and developing performance management systems
- Shaping and promoting a positive, value-oriented corporate culture
- Strengthening the employer brand (employer branding)
- Designing and implementing employee events and team-building measures
- Managing HR staff and being responsible for correct personnel administration and payroll processes, including social security contributions
- Ensuring compliance with labor and social security regulations
- Controlling and digitization – analyzing and evaluating HR key figures and data
- Developing and maintaining HR guidelines and regulations, as well as simplifying and digitizing HR processes
Your profile
- Completed further training as an electrical engineer FH/ETH or comparable education
- Several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in a comparable position in a dynamic, modern environment
- Further training in HR (e.g., HR specialist with federal certificate, SHRM certification) or comparable qualification
- Leadership and social skills with the ability to inspire and encourage people
- Strategic thinking paired with strong operational implementation skills
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security
- High level of trustworthiness, discretion, and integrity
- Proactive, solution-oriented personality with entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good communication and consulting skills with a high degree of empathy
- Stylistically confident German and good English skills
