Sales Manager (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Establishing, helping to shape, and further developing sales processes

  • Direct responsibility for sales, as well as leading and supporting the team

  • Strategic sales planning and positioning our products on the market

  • Expanding and developing the sales network in Switzerland; tapping into new market potential

  • Actively acquiring new customers and maintaining and developing existing customer relationships

  • Providing expert technical and commercial customer advice

  • Implementing efficient customer management, including the quotation process 

  • Organizing and coordinating the processing of customer orders 

  • Conducting market and competition analyses to identify growth opportunities

  • Representing the company at trade fairs, events, and with partners

  • Responsibility for the creation and further development of sales and marketing documents

 

Your Profile

  • Completed degree (university/technical college) in computer science/electrical engineering or comparable training
  • Completed degree (university/university of applied sciences) in electrical engineering or business administration, ideally with further training in sales, marketing, and project management
  • Several years of professional experience in technical direct sales or in the business development of complex technical solutions—ideally in the areas of electromobility, charging infrastructure, and energy distribution
  • Experience in building, leading, and developing teams
  • Strong technical understanding and a pragmatic, solution-oriented, hands-on mentality with excellent communication skills
  • Innovative spirit and highly goal-oriented
  • Resilient, flexible personality with a professional demeanor and a strong focus on sales and profits 
  • Ideally, experience with licensing models
  • Business fluent in German and English, French and Italian skills are an advantage

Financial Accountant (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Independent management of financial and asset accounting

  • Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with OR

  • Liquidity management and planning

  • VAT accounting and sales reconciliation

  • Provision of figures for the budget and planning process as well as reporting in close cooperation
    with Controlling

  • Contact person for internal and external partners for all matters relating to financial accounting 

  • Collaboration on internal projects

     

Your Profile

  • Completed degree (university/technical college) in computer science/electrical engineering or comparable training
  • Completed commercial training with specialist further training in the field of finance and accounting (preferably at certificate level)

  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in a manufacturing company

  • Commitment and interest in helping to shape and further develop processes

  • Independent and structured way of working as well as good communication and teamwork skills

  • MS Office skills and ERP experience

Senior Embedded Software Engineer oder Embeded Software Engineer (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities

  • High-level software development for our SOM-based charging station control platform

  • Low-level software development for our microcontrollers

  • Maintenance and expansion of our Yocto-based embedded Linux OS 

  • Development and adaptation of our web-based UIs

  • Collaboration and active participation in the SCRUM team

If you have the profile for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer role, you will be responsible for additional tasks.

  • Overall responsibility for software projects—from requirements analysis to planning and implementation to verification in collaboration with the customer, either independently or in a small team

  • Technical responsibility for system areas, including quality assurance, knowledge transfer, continuous improvement, and technical consulting for product owners and software architects 

Your Profile

For the position as Embedded Software Engineer, you will bring with you

  • A degree (university/technical college) in computer science/electrical engineering or comparable training

  • Knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming languages in the embedded field

  • Interest and experience in the design of complex software systems

  • Sound basic knowledge in the field of electronics

  • Team player who enjoys working independently and reliably

  • Over two years of professional experience in a similar job profile

For the Senior Embedded Software Engineer profile, you also have

  • Over five years of professional experience in a similar role

  • In-depth knowledge of Python, C, and Embedded Linux as a host platform (Yocto)

  • Experience in independently carrying out software projects (from requirements engineering to customer acceptance)

Scrum Master (m/w/d)

workload 60 - 100%

Your main tasks

  • Supporting the Scrum team in achieving issue goals as a servant leader
  • Planning and moderating sprint events, defining sprint goals
  • Maintaining, implementing, and promoting Scrum values and agile processes throughout the company
  • Exchange and coordinate product quality criteria with the product owner
  • Communicate the product owner's goals to the team
  • Support project planning

Your secondary tasks
For a workload greater than 60%, additional tasks are added to those of the Scrum Master. The selection of tasks depends on your interests and training.

  • Co-developing our software products
  • Maintaining and expanding the CI/CD infrastructure
  • Responsibility for release management and coordination with stakeholders
  • Order processing from quotation to invoicing 

Your profile

  • Experience as a Scrum Master in agile software projects
  • Technical flair and knowledge of embedded software development processes 
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills 
  • High level of initiative and forward thinking and acting
