Your responsibilities
- Personnel files and master data maintenance
- Control and administration of the time recording system (key user)
- All administration related to new hires, departures, and changes
- Contract management
- General correspondence and communication with authorities and social security institutions
- Checking residence permits
- Assistance with recruitment, job descriptions, coordination, and conducting interviews at employee level
- All payroll tasks, including wage reports and year-end closing
- Optimization and digitization of processes
- Advising department heads on personnel-related issues
- Close cooperation with People & Culture Manager
Your profile
- Open-minded personality with empathy
- Completed commercial training EFZ, preferably with further training in payroll or HR assistant
- Proficient in MS Office and other personnel-specific systems
- Efficient and structured working style
- Organizational skills
- Stylistically confident German and good English skills
- Discretion is a matter of course
