Information about the application process

We cultivate a respectful culture of informality, which we apply right from the application process. 

1. Submit your application

2. Preselection

Once you have received confirmation of receipt from us, we will carefully review your documents in relation to the job profile and requirements.

3. Initial interview

If we see a potential match between you and the open position, we will be happy to conduct an initial interview with you on site. The aim of this interview is to get to know you personally and to provide you with comprehensive information about the position. Here we check whether our expectations match.

4. Trial day

If the initial interview is positive for both sides, a trial day will follow. It is important to us that you not only get to know the tasks better, but also get a real impression of the team and the way we work.

5. Signing the contract

It's a match! If both sides give positive feedback, we look forward to signing the contract with you.

6. Start and induction

Once we have decided to welcome you to our team, you will start with a structured induction program. You will receive a comprehensive overview of EVTEC AG and our departments, and will be introduced to your new area of responsibility step by step.
