Smart Charging

V2H Basic is a dynamically controllable DC charger for energy management in non-public areas. It is thus the first commercially available device for the integration of V2X-capable series vehicles into an existing building installation.

Vehicle-2-Home is reality

As an interface between the building and a V2X-capable electric vehicle, the vehicle battery becomes a building storage device. In this way, solar energy can be stored during the day and used in the evening and night, or costly power peaks can be avoided.

Utilization of vehicle storage

The vehicles used as storage systems provide the house with up to 90% of their battery capacity in order to store excess solar power or to buffer load peaks through machine inrush currents, cooling, heating, cooking or heat pumps. With the help of this battery capacity, however, the self-consumption rate of locally generated and thus controlled green electricity can be increased as required. With sospeso&charge, additional V2X-capable vehicles mean a doubling of the home storage. This is an interesting acquisition aspect, especially for electric vehicles that are used as a second car. At home or at work, the first and second car can contribute to the promotion of renewable energies during idle times.
